Se ruega a los autores que envien sus manuscritos preferentemente por correo electrónico adjuntos a un e-mail a la dirección. Se ruega usar para la redacción del texto o MS-Word o OpenOffice. El estudio no debe superar un máximo de 25 páginas en el formato del Anuario (30 líneas a 60 caracteres de imprenta), que son aproximadamente 9000 palabras, notas a pie de página, ilustraciones y gráficos incluidos. Para usuarios de MS-Word, está disponible una plantilla de formatos y estilos. Los trabajos precisan de un resumen en inglés de aprox. 10~15 líneas. Las contribuciones deben estar completas y aptas para la publicación, ya que no se distribuyen pruebas de imprenta con el fin de ahorrar gastos y tiempo. Se ruega incluir las informaciones bibliográficas completas en las notas a pie de página, ya que no hay bibliografía al final de los artículos. Por favor, observen las normas bibliográficas (style-sheet). A fin de asegurar la uniformidad del Anuario, la redacción se permite introducir pequeñas modificaciones en la presentación del texto que no alteran su contenido ni su sentido, sin previo consentimiento del autor. Ilustraciones deben ser entregadas en forma de fotos originales (no se admiten fotocopias), debidamente comentadas e indicando la fuente. Para la publicación de gráficos por favor póngase en contacto con la redacción. Es imprescindible que los autores indiquen su dirección completa en el e-mail o la carta que acompaña al manuscrito, ya que bajo esta dirección aparecerán en la lista de los autores del Anuario, y además, a esta dirección postal se enviará el ejemplar gratuito del Anuario y las 20 separatas. Por favor, mencione explícitamente si no desea que su dirección se publique en la página-Web del Anuario. Separatas y ejemplares adicionales del Anuario suministra la editorial a precios especiales.

Manuskripte sind bevorzugt als Anlage zu einer e-mail an die Schriftleitung einzureichen. Als Textverarbeitungsprogramm sollte vorzugsweise MS-Word oder das freie OpenOffice benutzt werden. Der Umfang der Manuskripte darf inklusive Fußnoten und Abbildungen 25 Seiten (30 Zeilen à 60 Anschläge) bzw. 9000 Wörter nicht überschreiten. Jeder Artikel ist mit einem englischen Abstract von etwa 10-15 Zeilen Länge zu versehen. Für Benutzer von MS-Word gibt es hier ein style-sheet mit Formatvorlagen. Die Beiträge müssen druckreif sein, da die Autoren aus Gründen der Kosten- und Zeitersparnis keine Korrekturfahnen zugeschickt erhalten. Die Autoren werden gebeten, Literatur- und Quellenangaben in die Fußnoten einzuarbeiten, weil kein gesondertes Literaturverzeichnis am Ende eines Artikels veröffentlicht wird. Bitte beachten Sie die Normen für die Gestaltung der Fußnoten (style-sheet). Die Redaktion behält sich vor, unter Umständen kleinere, den Sinn nicht verändernde Umstellungen oder Änderungen vorzunehmen, um ein einheitliches Erscheinungsbild der Zeitschrift zu gewährleisten. Abbildungen müssen als Fotos (keine Fotokopien), klar beschriftet und unter Angabe der Quelle eingereicht werden. Sollen Grafiken in den Text eingebunden werden, so sind die Dateiformate mit der Redaktion abzustimmen. Manuskripte, CDs und Fotos können aus Kostengründen nicht zurückgesandt werden. Die Autoren werden gebeten, in ihrem Begleitschreiben eine komplette Postanschrift anzugeben. Diese Adresse wird in das Verzeichnis der Mitarbeiter des Jahrbuchs aufgenommen und dient dem Verlag als Versandadresse für das Freiexemplar und 20 Sonderdrucke. Weitere Exemplare des Jahrbuchs und zusätzliche Sonderdrucke können direkt beim Verlag zu vergünstigten Konditionen bestellt werden. Manuscripts should be submitted as attachement to an e-mail to the chief editor. Manuscripts written in MS-Word or OpenOffice are preferred. The length of a manuscript including footnotes and figures should not exceed 25 pages (30 lines at 60 characters), that is 9000 words. For MS-Word users a style sheet with "AutoFormats" is available. Each article is preceded by an English abstract with a length of app. 10-15 lines. The manuscript must be print-ready since no proofs are returned to the authors for reasons of cost- and time-effectiveness. Literature and sources must be cited in footnotes since no bibliography is published at the end of the text. Please note the rules for the style of citations in the style-sheet given below. The editorial staff may introduce minor changes in order to guarantee a homogeneous layout of a volume.
